Deficient
meals, which we are eating being on a diet influence our beauty. We
limit the amount of food, but we forget that good diet is very important
to our organism and its good working. We are so absorbed in our desire
for ideal and we obey fixed calorie limit so much, that we can't see

VITAMIN C - stimulates cellular metabolism and feeds tissues.
Its participation in collagen synthesis improves skin firmness,
shine and light of your complexion. Lack of vitamin C can lead to
skin bleeding, gingivitis and tongue inflammation. We can find it
in strawberries, tomatoes, pepper, celery, potatoes.
VITAMIN F - makes our hair more beautiful, influences the
fat-management in our organism and reconstructs epidermis. The effect
of lack of vitamin F can be dry epidermis, desquamation of head
skin or weak nails. We can find it in avocado, wheat germs, nuts,
almonds, linseed and oil.
GROUP B VITAMINS - prevent our cells from getting old, they
cause eczema and lips burst. Lack of these vitamins can cause mucous
membrane inflammation, eczema on your face and reproductive organs.

VITAMIN E - influences good complexion moisturizing, performs
the function of antioxidant, protects your organism against free
radicals and helps with fighting against cellulit. We can find them
in oil, groats, cereal germs and nuts.
VITAMIN A - fights against wrinkles and acne, stimulates
skin cells working, influences protein synthesis, improves elasticity
and thickness of epidermis, makes your skin has beautiful color.
Without vitamin A your skin becomes horny, sometimes it happens
cornea inflammation or conjunctivitis. We can find it in yellow
and red fruit, vegetables, horsebean, lettuce and liver.

elements in protein synthesis, in blood solidifying, strengthening
of blood vessels. Its lack appears as little, red "spiders"
